Administrative Coordinator

The Role

As the Administrative Coordinator for our Las Vegas office, you will play an essential role in providing administrative support to our senior leaders while also ensuring the smooth coordination of our workplace. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Duties: Prepare and manage expense reports for senior leaders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members, including flights, lodging, and transportation.
  • Serve as the liaison for external conferences, collaborating closely with marketing and the designated conference coordinator.
  • Maintain inventory of gifts/swag and oversee distribution to new and existing customers.
  • Manage calendars and scheduling for senior leaders, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Take meeting notes and follow up on action items for internal calls chaired by senior leaders.

  • Workplace Coordinator Duties: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring prompt handling and distribution.
  • Coordinate office and snack orders with the Workplace Coordinator of our Vancouver office, overseeing stock replenishment for the snack zone and supply areas.
  • Serve as the on-site contact for in-office events, assisting with planning and execution.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding tasks, including desk setup, access card requests, and providing office tours.
  • Assist with employee departures by managing access card collection, desk clearance, and equipment retrieval.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to procure items from storage, arrange shipments to conferences, and occasionally assist with trade show booth setup.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you by the company consistent with your position.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in administrative support and office management roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • You hold a valid US driver's license and are willing and able to travel to gaming events, trade shows, and other venues as needed. This position may require occasional ad hoc drop-offs and pickups; therefore, reliable transportation is essential.

Salary Range

  • 48000 - 66000 USD, per-year-salary
  • The expected salary range for this position is from $48,000-$66,000 annually. The base pay offered may vary depending on a variety of factors, including your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
