At GeoComply, we foster an environment that empowers every employee to gain the knowledge and abilities needed to perform at their very best and help our organization grow. This means that learning is at the heart of our employee experience.

As a GeoComply employee, everyone receives a professional development budget that can be applied to any learning experience that will give them the skills and knowledge to do their best work.

The GeoComply Academy serves as a one-stop-shop for all employees to access a comprehensive suite of engaging online courses to help master their topic of choice and develop both professionally and personally.

Our local HR teams are continuously working within their offices to identify customized learning opportunities in each location. By joining GeoComply, all employees receive access to local offerings that meet the unique needs of their team.

Our training team is passionate about designing exceptional learning experiences for both our customers and our internal teams. Product training is incorporated into our onboarding program, and is also offered on an ongoing basis.

Designed as a “Mental Gym,” our Midweek T’s strive to improve synergy and cross-functional collaboration between teams. This monthly company-wide knowledge sharing session takes place on a Wednesday each month, and brings together employees from across all our offices to learn more about GeoComply’s solutions, product and tools.

To help inspire our growing team, our CEO, Anna Sainsbury, is committed to lining up a series of world-renowned speakers to join the GeoComply team for a chat each month.

Accessible to GeoComply leaders and managers who want to further develop their skills, G-Force is a customized leadership development program designed and delivered through Oxford Saïd Business School.
