The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with impeccable communication skills, a high degree of discretion, and a proven ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global setting. You'll enable the Office of the CEO to focus entirely on high-level strategy and decision-making by seamlessly managing his demanding schedule and complex operational requirements. This unique opportunity allows you to work closely with a visionary leader at the forefront of the cybersecurity industry.

  • Prepare agendas, pre-reading materials, and presentations for meetings. Attend meetings as required, take comprehensive notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Managing the workflow of confidential and time-sensitive materials requiring executive approval.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance executive workflows and administrative processes, specifically exploring and implementing new AI tools and technologies to drive efficiency and streamline routine tasks.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Organize and maintain highly confidential files, documents, and information, ensuring easy retrieval and strict adherence to privacy protocols.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products, technologies, organizational priorities, and teams to provide context-aware support.
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed.

Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite individuals in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’re the kind of person who thinks outside the box and acts on them. A real go-getter!
  • You use your high emotional intelligence to read a room and understand key stakeholders. What’s the best way to get something done? You’ll know.
  • The to-do list is extensive. You help the Office of the CEO pay the most attention to the things that need the most attention.
  • You're assertive and confident. You’re the kind of person who isn’t scared of a follow-up email.
  • Compelling Communicator. You can put together a great presentation and draft an easy-to-follow email.
