1. Organizer, Purpose

This promotional raffle (“Promotion”) is organized by GeoComply Solutions Inc., 545 Robson Street, Suite #200, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada V6B 1A6 (“GeoComply” or “Organizer”). This Promotion is free; no purchase or payment of any kind is required. It is conducted exclusively for advertising and promotional purposes in accordance with the Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen (Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance) and the Wet op de kansspelen (Dutch Betting and Gaming Act).

2. Promotion Schedule

Daily entries will be aggregated across the four-day promotional schedule, with one winner selected on Sept 14, 2026 from the entry pool.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for participation in this Promotion, individuals must satisfy all of the following requirements:

• Be 18 years or older;
• Be physically present at IBC Amsterdam 2026 (RAI Amsterdam) with a valid attendee badge;
• Complete the Entry Form and quiz at the GeoComply booth; and
• Not be a GeoComply employee, affiliate, or immediate family member thereof.

This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter the Promotion

4.1. Scan the QR code at the GeoComply booth at IBC Amsterdam 2026.

4.2. Complete all required fields on the Google Form.

4.3. Answer the quiz question(s).

4.4. Accept these Terms and Conditions and submit.

One entry per person. Multiple or fraudulent entries result in disqualification.

5. Prizes

One (01) Apple AirPods Max Over-Ear Headphones (approx. €579) will be awarded on Sept 14, 2026 in accordance with the schedule set out in Section 2.

Prize Conditions

(i) Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable; (ii) no cash alternatives will be offered; (iii) prize is subject to manufacturer’s standard warranty terms and conditions; (iv) color/specification of prize subject to availability; (v) GeoComply reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Claim

The winner will be randomly selected by a GeoComply representative at the scheduled draw time and notified by email/phone.

The winner must be physically present at the GeoComply booth at IBC Amsterdam 2026 during that prize claim window and present valid photo ID and an IBC attendee badge to receive the prize. GeoComply reserves the right to provide the winner with their prize via an alternative delivery methodology upon reasonable notice. Unclaimed prizes may be re-awarded to an alternate winner at GeoComply’s discretion.

7. Tax

The prize award may be subject to applicable taxes. The winner will not be required to make any payment to receive their prize. The winner will remain responsible for any tax reporting obligations in their country of residence, if applicable.

8. Data Privacy

GeoComply Solutions Inc. (Vancouver, Canada) is the controller of personal data collected through this Promotion via a Google Form. We process your data to (a) administer the Promotion and award the prize (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); (b) comply with Dutch tax reporting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)); and (c) where you opt in, send marketing communications and publish the winner’s name, employer, and photograph for promotional purposes (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Entry data is retained for six (6) months after the draw; winner data is retained for seven (7) years to comply with Dutch tax recordkeeping requirements. Data may be shared with GeoComply’s service providers (including Google LLC), the Dutch Tax Administration (Belastingdienst), and competent authorities as required by law. International transfers outside the EEA are protected by adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by contacting privacy@geocomply.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. 9. Complaints Procedure

In accordance with the Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen, any complaints regarding this Promotion should be submitted in writing to privacy@geocomply.com within 14 days of the draw. GeoComply will respond within 30 days.

10. Publicity

We reserve the right to publish the winner’s name and employer for contest marketing and promotional purposes. We will also invite the winner to participate in a photo at the GeoComply booth for publication on GeoComply’s social media and other marketing channels. Participation in this photo opportunity is entirely optional and is not required as a condition for the winner to accept the prize.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GeoComply is not liable for: (a) any loss arising from participation or prize use; (b) technical failures affecting entries; or (c) circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury from negligence, or fraud.

12. General Provisions

12.2. Severability. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.3. Waiver. Failure by GeoComply to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12.4. Amendments. GeoComply reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided that such amendments do not materially prejudice your rights.

12.5. Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and GeoComply regarding this Promotion.

12.6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.

By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
