1. ORGANIZER, PURPOSE

This promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by GeoComply Solutions Inc., 545 Robson Street, Suite #200, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada V6B 1A6 (“GeoComply” or “Organizer”). This Promotion is free, no purchase or payment of any kind is required, conducted exclusively for advertising and promotional purposes.

2. PROMOTION SCHEDULE (all times WEST)

Daily entries will be aggregated across the three-day promotional schedule, with winners selected on Oct 1, 2026 from the entry pool.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for participation in this Promotion, individuals must satisfy all of the following requirements:

• Be 18 years or older;
• Be physically present at SBC Lisbon 2026 with a valid attendee badge;
• Complete the Entry Form and quiz at Booth C135; and
• Not be a GeoComply employee, affiliate, or immediate family member thereof.

This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION

4.1. Scan the QR code at GeoComply Booth C135 at SBC Lisbon 2026.

4.2. Complete all required fields on the Google Form.

4.3. Answer the quiz question(s).

4.4. Accept these Terms and Conditions and submit.

One entry per person. Multiple or fraudulent entries result in disqualification.

5. PRIZES

One (01) Jersey (approx. €100) will be awarded on Oct 1, 2026 in accordance with the schedule set out in Section 2.

Prize Conditions: (i) Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable; (ii) No cash alternatives will be offered; (iii) Prize is subject to manufacturer’s standard warranty terms and conditions; (iv) Size/design/color/specification of prize subject to availability; (v) GeoComply reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize become unavailable.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND CLAIM

The winner will be randomly selected by a GeoComply representative at the scheduled draw time and notified by email/phone.

The winner must be physically present at Booth C135 at SBC Lisbon 2026 during that prize claim window and present a valid photo ID and your SBC attendee badge to receive the prize. GeoComply reserves the right to provide the winner with their prizes via an alternative delivery methodology upon reasonable notice. Unclaimed prizes may be re-awarded to an alternate winner at GeoComply’s discretion.

7. TAX

The prize award may be subject to applicable taxes. The winner will not be required to make any payment to receive their prize. The winner will remain responsible for any tax reporting obligations in their country of residence, if applicable.

8. DATA PRIVACY

GeoComply Solutions Inc. (Vancouver, Canada) is the controller of personal data collected through this Promotion via a Google Form. We process your data to (a) administer the Promotion and award the prize (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); (b) comply with Spanish tax reporting obligations to the AEAT, including reporting the winner’s identifying data on Modelo 111 and Modelo 190 (Art. 6(1)(c)); and (c) where you opt in, send marketing communications and publish the winner’s name, employer, and photograph for promotional purposes (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Entry data is retained for six (6) months after the draw; winner data is retained as required by applicable tax laws. Data may be shared with GeoComply’s service providers (including Google LLC) and competent authorities as required by law. International transfers outside the EEA are protected by adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by contacting privacy@geocomply.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt. 9. PUBLICITY

We reserve the right to publish the winner’s name and employer for contest marketing and promotional purposes. We will also invite the winner to participate in a photo at GeoComply Booth C135 SBC Lisbon 2026 for publication on GeoComply’s social media and other marketing channels. Participation in this photo opportunity is entirely optional and is not required as a condition for the winner to accept the prize.

10. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, GeoComply is not liable for: (a) any loss arising from participation or prize use; (b) technical failures affecting entries; or (c) circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury from negligence, or fraud.

11. GENERAL PROVISIONS

11.2. Severability. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11.3. Waiver. Failure by GeoComply to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11.4. Amendments. GeoComply reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided that such amendments do not materially prejudice your rights.

11.5. Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and GeoComply regarding this Promotion.

13.6. Language. These Terms are provided in English.

11.7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.

12. ACCEPTANCE

By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
